Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for NEXTSHIP international scholarships, applicants must fulfill the following eligibility requirements:
- Applicants must have a high school, bachelor’s, or master’s degree. You are also required to provide a scanned diploma and academic transcripts in English.
- Applicants must have a TOEFL, LELTS, or any other equivalent certificate that proves their proficiency in English.
- Must score a minimum of 90 TOEFL IBT or 5.0 IELTS or equivalent; this has to be obtained within the last 2 years.
- All applicants must come from an English-speaking country or have graduated from a program conducted in English.
- You must provide a recommendation letter written by an authorized person from your previous school.
- You are required to provide a statement of purpose that highlights the purpose of your studies, your interest in pursuing higher studies in Indonesia, and your plans for academic and career life in the years to come.
- You must provide proof of citizenship. Kindly note that a national ID card will not be accepted; provide a valid official passport instead.
- Also, you must provide a letter of recommendation for the UNNES Scholarship directly from your supervisor or employer.
- You must be 40 years of age when applying for this scholarship. However, for master’s students, applicants must not be more than 35 years old.
